We ship using USPS, UPS, & FED EX. Please contact us if you have a prefered shipping method. Our goal is to get your item to you in the most efficent and timely way. If you desire signature confirmation or a new shipping address please let us know when making your order. If the items you are purchasing is a gift, please let us know and we can remove all pricing info from invoice.
Returns & Replacements
ALL sales are final. Returns are accepted if item is not as described or damaged. All returns are subject to manager's approval. Always contact seller before returning any item. Any item returned without pre-authorization may not receive credit. Money back or store credit for returns on items for the first (7) days after buyer receives the item. After (7) days and up to 30 days after buyer receives item, returns will only receive store credit. Items that have been opened and/or damaged may be subject to a restocking fee. Communication will resolve most problems or complaints on item's description, quality, shipping, or service. We have a friendly staff that is willing to help. Please contact us as soon as possible after the receipt of your item to report any problems.
